Our History
IntPEO’s founder and CEO, Kevin Parker, has experienced a full and varied career in global Blue Chip companies including 20+ years working in Business Services such as ERP and Payroll and Employment Outsource specialists. Combined with multi sector industry knowledge, Kevin and his team are perfectly placed to guide clients to best effect and best success.
The IntPEO Team’s passion for the Payroll and Employment industry has been driven by Kevin’s own experiences as Independent Consultant and Advisor to many small and large businesses. (IntPay Ltd – our sister company) In 2016 IntPay joined forces with ADP and Workday specialists The Spencer Thomas Group to assist in delivering project value to clients via their Implementation and Transition Services. 2016 also saw a collaboration with John Tinsley of Compandben where the team helped to successfully grow a multi-million pound business rapidly until aquisition in 2021.
With the creation of IntPEO, Kevin has brought together an experienced team with that people-focused philosophy and strong backgrounds in Global Employer of Record and Global Payroll across multiple industries.
